- Certified as a BCBA with current, active credential
- Previous experience providing behavior analysis services in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach to working with teachers, support staff, and administrators
- Capable of developing and implementing effective behavioral intervention plans
- Demonstrated ability to conduct assessments such as FBA/BIP and monitor data collection
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavioral intervention plans for students across various grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure plan fidelity and student success
- Deliver staff training and ongoing coaching regarding best practices in behavioral interventions and classroom management
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate behavioral data to track student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and supporting the educational goals for each student
- Foster a positive, supportive learning atmosphere tailored to each child's strengths and needs
