An Inventory and Fulfillment Coordinator serves as the link between supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will oversee stock levels, perform cycle counts, and manage the end-to-end fulfilment process—from picking and packing to coordinating shipments with carriers. The goal is to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining inventory accuracy within assigned system.
Core Responsibilities
Inventory Control:
Monitor stock levels, conduct physical cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and track low stock or backorders.
Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare e-commerce and B2B orders while ensuring shipments meet company standards.
Shipping & Receiving:
Process shipping labels, coordinate outbound shipments through carriers such as USPS/FedEx/UPS, and receive inbound inventory into warehouse systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams to provide updates on product availability and shipping timelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications
System Proficiency:
Experience using inventory software and ERP systems such as Mod Med, Aesthetics Pro, or P/Inventory/product Sites.
Organization & Attention to Detail:
The ability to maintain data accuracy and keep track of batch numbers, SKUs, and manage inventory across multiple locations.
Time Management:
The ability to quickly process repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy during
high – volume periods.
