Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with students, families, and educational staff, providing critical support and expertise. As a valued professional, you’ll engage with a diverse caseload from kindergarten through high school, using your evaluation and assessment skills to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current South Carolina licensure as a School Psychologist (School Psych II required)
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
  • Previous experience or strong interest working within K-12 school environments
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform psychological assessments and evaluations for students in accordance with district standards and SC regulations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, parents, and staff on students’ educational and behavioral needs
  • Keep accurate, detailed records of evaluations, interventions, and student progress
  • Contribute to a positive school climate by promoting social-emotional learning initiatives
