- Experience in educational, ABA, or behavioral support settings is preferred
- CPI certification or de-escalation training is strongly desired
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, current or former, is highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassion, patience, and flexibility are essential
- Ability to work effectively in a team, with a student-centered focus
- Provide behavioral and instructional support for students, in classrooms or individually
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to implement support plans
- Assist with academic tasks, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Support data collection and progress monitoring as directed
Compensation is competitive, with hourly rates between $21 and $27, based on experience.
