Make a real difference each day by providing crucial support to students as a Paraprofessional or Behavioral Health Assistant in a dynamic school environment near College Station, TX.   • Experience in educational, ABA, or behavioral support settings is preferred
  • CPI certification or de-escalation training is strongly desired
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, current or former, is highly valued
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, patience, and flexibility are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, with a student-centered focus
Responsibilities:
  • Provide behavioral and instructional support for students, in classrooms or individually
  • Collaborate with teachers and related service providers to implement support plans
  • Assist with academic tasks, social-emotional learning, and behavioral interventions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
  • Support data collection and progress monitoring as directed
