Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Clinical-Focused Role — No Administrative Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to focus solely on what truly matters — providing high-quality clinical care and supporting client success without the burden of administrative responsibilities.
This position is designed for BCBAs who are passionate about ethical, individualized treatment and want the freedom to focus on clinical excellence, mentorship, and meaningful client outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This role is intentionally structured with:
- Zero administrative workload
- No scheduling responsibilities
- No staffing coordination
- No billing responsibilities
- No authorization management
- No office management duties
- No excessive caseload expectations
Our leadership team handles the operational side so our BCBAs can focus fully on clinical care, supervision, parent support, and treatment quality.
BCBA Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
- Develop individualized and compassionate treatment plans based on client needs
- Create skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using evidence-based ABA practices
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff
- Conduct caregiver and parent training sessions that promote collaboration and long-term success
- Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment modifications
- Ensure ethical and clinically appropriate implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families to support continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance requirements
- Provide ongoing support and clinical guidance to staff to ensure treatment fidelity and client success
- Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging therapeutic environment for clients and staff
