Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Clinical-Focused Role — No Administrative Responsibilities

At Harmony ABA Centers, we believe exceptional clinical care begins with supporting and valuing the clinicians who provide it. Founded by an autism mom turned ABA clinic owner, our mission is rooted in compassion, quality care, collaboration, and creating meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.

We are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated, and clinically driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to focus solely on what truly matters — providing high-quality clinical care and supporting client success without the burden of administrative responsibilities.

This position is designed for BCBAs who are passionate about ethical, individualized treatment and want the freedom to focus on clinical excellence, mentorship, and meaningful client outcomes in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What Makes This Role Different

At Harmony ABA Centers, our BCBAs are clinicians first.

This role is intentionally structured with:

  • Zero administrative workload
  • No scheduling responsibilities
  • No staffing coordination
  • No billing responsibilities
  • No authorization management
  • No office management duties
  • No excessive caseload expectations

Our leadership team handles the operational side so our BCBAs can focus fully on clinical care, supervision, parent support, and treatment quality.

BCBA Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments
  • Develop individualized and compassionate treatment plans based on client needs
  • Create skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs using evidence-based ABA practices
  • Provide direct supervision and mentorship to RBTs and clinical staff
  • Conduct caregiver and parent training sessions that promote collaboration and long-term success
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and treatment modifications
  • Ensure ethical and clinically appropriate implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and families to support continuity of care
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB and insurance requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and clinical guidance to staff to ensure treatment fidelity and client success
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and encouraging therapeutic environment for clients and staff

What We Are Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Passion for working with children and families impacted by autism
  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and supportive leadership style
  • Ability to mentor and encourage RBT growth in a positive manner
  • Commitment to individualized and assent-based care
  • Desire to work in a clinic culture that prioritizes quality over productivity

Why Clinicians Love Harmony ABA Centers

  • Clinical-focused role with no administrative burden
  • Supportive leadership that values work-life balance
  • Collaborative and compassionate clinic culture
  • Smaller growing clinic environment with meaningful relationships
  • Opportunity to truly make an impact on children and families
  • Leadership team that understands the ABA journey personally and professionally
  • Respectful scheduling and manageable caseloads
  • A workplace where your voice, expertise, and well-being matter

At Harmony ABA Centers, we are building more than a clinic — we are building a team that genuinely cares about children, families, and each other.

If you are a BCBA looking for a role where you can focus on clinical excellence, feel supported, and practice with compassion and integrity, we would love to connect with you.
