This is a field-based role — you are on the road, visiting facilities, building relationships with clinical and facility leadership, and ensuring your region operates at a high standard. You serve as the clinical presence and escalation point across your territory, blending direct patient-facing work with team accountability and operational execution. Ideal for clinicians who want to get out from behind a desk and lead a growing behavioral health program across a defined region.
