Overview
Join our dynamic team as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Applied Behavior Analyst Therapist, dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions, support skill development, and promote positive behavior change within a compassionate and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, hygiene, feeding, and other self-care skills
- Support clients during therapy sessions by teaching new skills through engaging activities and positive reinforcement techniques
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation, care plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with supervising behavior analysts, educators, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency in treatment approaches
- Uphold patient care standards by adhering to behavioral health protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical practices
Requirements
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in behavioral therapy or special education settings
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and confidentiality requirements under HIPAA
- Excellent communication skills for working effectively with clients, families, and team members

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
