Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert behavioral therapy services, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and adults by applying evidence-based practices within a supportive clinical environment. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes and enhance quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction.
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians and staff in the delivery of ABA services.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approaches.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Conduct intake assessments for new clients and develop individualized care plans aligned with clinical best practices.
  • Ensure all services adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and state/federal regulations related to behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working with children and adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), special education, and diagnostic evaluation methods.
  • Proficiency in data collection, medical terminology, medical documentation, and managing medical records.
  • Ability to perform patient assessments and conduct intake evaluations effectively.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for working with clients, families, multidisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Compassionate approach to patient care with a focus on ethical practice and cultural sensitivity.
