• BCaBA: Starting at $40/hour
• BCBA: Starting at $45/hour

We’re growing our Somers Point team and looking for BCBAs and BCaBAs who genuinely love working with younger learners and want to be part of a supportive, collaborative, and fun clinical team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the little moments:

• hearing a child use a new word for the first time,
• watching social skills finally click,
• seeing a family feel hopeful again,
• or helping a staff member grow into their confidence.

What This Role Looks Like

As part of our Early Learners & Elementary team, you’ll:

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support ABA Therapists and RBTs
• Provide meaningful caregiver and staff training
• Collaborate with:
  • families
  • teachers
  • CST members
  • related service providers
• Support skill development through naturalistic and play-based approaches
• Help facilitate social skills programming and group support
• Review data, monitor progress, and complete clinical documentation
• Provide hands-on clinical support when needed
• Help create positive, engaging, and supportive environments for both clients and staff

• Feel comfortable leading parent and staff trainings
• Appreciate autonomy while still wanting strong team support
• Want to help shape and grow a developing team

Master’s-level consultants working toward certification are also encouraged to apply.
