Hours: Variable and depend on case assignment, most cases are in the afternoons with about 20 hours per week, weekends may be available if desired.

Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Stepping Stones ABA. As a Behavior Assistant/ RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disorders. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and contribute to the overall progress and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Client Support: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinic-based environments.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Accurately collect and record data on client behavior during therapy sessions. Collaborate with BCBAs to analyze data and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Follow individualized BIPs to address specific target behaviors and skill acquisition goals for each client.

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour
