Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Part Time)

We are looking for a BCBA to join our growing team during after-school hours. The BCBA must be available at a minimum of 2 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBT(s) and behavior technicians
• Conduct parent training sessions as needed
• Oversee behavior data collection and program modifications
• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements
• Participate in team meetings with clinical leadership
• Provide on-site supervision within the center
• Complete progress notes, reports, and treatment updates

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• New Jersey LBA license (or in process)
• Must be willing to credential with insurance prior to starting
• Experience supervising technicians / RBTs preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a pediatric team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate: $75/hr
• Flexible scheduling: After-school hours and/or weekends
• Administrative support (billing, scheduling, insurance authorizations)

Schedule:

• Part-time hours with opportunity to grow
• Must be available for on-site supervision hours

Pay: $75.00 per hour
