Join our dynamic team as a LCSW-Social Worker, where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being providing compassionate services for our 15 bed ICF-IID facility.
The Social Worker is the key staff member to assess and plan psychosocial services, help screen residents for depression and other mental health issues and serve as the resident and family advocate. Services will be provided with the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics along with strict adherence to government regulations. You will be responsible for fostering a climate, policies and routines that enable residents to maximize their individuality, independence and dignity, providing residents with the highest practical level of physcial, mental and psychosocial wellbeing and quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties include Admissions, Advocacy and Clinical assessments.
Pay: From $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
