Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children in a clinic setting using engaging, play-based strategies. You will work closely with BCBAs to support each child’s unique goals and progress.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct ABA therapy services to children in a clinic setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Use play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies to support skill development
- Collect accurate data and document session notes
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients
What We’re Looking For
- Active RBT certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience working with children, preferably in an ABA setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow within the field
