Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one therapy to children in a clinic setting using engaging, play-based strategies. You will work closely with BCBAs to support each child’s unique goals and progress.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to children in a clinic setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies to support skill development
• Collect accurate data and document session notes
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Experience working with children, preferably in an ABA setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to learn and grow within the field
