Overview
Sprout Behavior and Skills Therapyis seeking a graduate student pursuing BCBA certification who is also a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)to join our team.
This position is designed for a graduate student completing BCBA fieldwork who is interested in developing strong clinical skills while gaining hands-on experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under BCBA supervision.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under supervision of a BCBA.
- Collect and analyze data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
- Support clients during teaching sessions focused on communication, social skills, and behavioral management strategies.
- Participate in supervision meetings and clinical feedback sessions
- Attend monthly supervision meetings focused on clinical growth and professional development
- Assist with training new staff and supporting ongoing training for current staff
- Assist with client assessments
- Assist with program development and treatment planning
Skills
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Excellent data collection skills to track client progress accurately
- Compassionate approach to working with individuals requiring behavioral health support.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program pursuing BCBA certification
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to provide in-home ABA services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
