Overview

PsychPlus is seeking Licensed Psychologists to conduct in-person pre-employment psychological evaluations for public safety personnel under a State of Tennessee contract.

This is a flexible, onsite PRN opportunity ideal for psychologists interested in assessment-focused work without ongoing therapy responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment psychological evaluations
• Administer and interpret standardized assessments:
• MMPI-3
• TOGRA
• COPS-R
• Complete clear, timely, and professional reports
• Perform fitness-for-duty evaluations and post-incident debriefings as needed

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology
• Active (or license-eligible) Psychologist license in Tennessee
• Strong experience in psychological assessment and report writing
• Ability to conduct in-person evaluations in Nashville

Compensation & Structure

• $100 – $150 per evaluation
• 1099 Independent Contractor (PRN)
• No therapy caseload or telehealth responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
