Position Overview | Descripción del puesto

We are looking for Bilingual Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are compassionate, motivated, and ready to make a positive impact.
Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home or community settings.

Responsibilities | Responsabilidades

• Implement behavior and skill programs designed by the BCBA®
• Collect and record data accurately during sessions
• Conduct direct 1:1 therapy with children and families
• Complete session notes and documentation promptly
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude

Qualifications | Requisitos

Required | Requerido:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Se requiere inglés y español fluido)
• Active RBT® certification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
• At least 1 year of ABA or Behavior Technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation, phone, and internet access

Preferred | Deseable:

• Background in Education, Psychology, Child Development, or ABA
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
