Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties
- Travel to clients’ homes to provide one-on-one therapy, implementing the ABA program designed by the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).
- Be available for supervision, phone conferences, and team meetings as required by your supporting BCBA.
- Maintain a reliable vehicle for commuting to each location and ensure punctuality for all appointments.
- Collect and enter session data electronically on a daily basis (training on our electronic systems will be provided).
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months as an ABA Therapist.
- Education: High school diploma or national equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
