We are seeking an LCSW for a full-time telehealth position focused on serving clients in Tennessee. This role centers on providing direct mental health care in a virtual setting, including evaluations, therapy, progress tracking, and care coordination. The work is hands-on, structured, and centered on helping clients improve coping skills, stability, and overall well-being through consistent clinical support.

Position Details:
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote counseling sessions to assigned clients
• Complete behavioral health assessments and clinical evaluations
• Establish treatment goals and update care plans regularly
• Maintain clear, timely, and accurate records
• Recognize risk factors and respond according to protocol

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
