A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker supporting clients throughout Colorado. This telehealth position focuses on delivering structured mental health care, including assessments, therapy sessions, case review, and clinical documentation. Position Details:
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based counseling services through telehealth
• Assess client needs, risks, and treatment goals
• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress
• Keep detailed and compliant session notes
• Provide support for clients experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active Colorado LCSW license in good standing
• At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience providing therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
