Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115K-$120K per year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
Join a growing telehealth team as a Licensed Professional Counselor, where your focus will be on delivering practical, goal-oriented therapy. This position is ideal for clinicians who want a predictable schedule while helping clients work through everyday mental health challenges in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
• Complete intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to each client
• Keep thorough clinical records and progress notes
• Support clients in developing coping tools and strategies
• Follow all applicable licensing and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active LPC license in Texas
• Master's degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
