About the Opportunity

Chasm Partners is partnering with a leading, clinician-led behavioral health organization to hire BCBA Clinical Supervisors for a fully remote opportunity supporting California-based clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for BCBAs looking to step into a supervision-focused role with strong growth potential, flexibility, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and mid-level supervisors
  • Oversee treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation
  • Guide clinical decision-making and ensure quality of care across cases
  • Collaborate with clinical teams across multiple locations
  • Support and coach staff while contributing to a strong, growth-focused culture
  • Provide guidance to families and caregivers

Role Overview

  • Fully remote position supporting California-based clients
  • Focus on clinical oversight vs. direct therapy
  • Operates in a structured 3-tier clinical model (BCBA → supervisor → BT)
  • Flexible schedule with required availability:
  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
  • Billable expectation:
  • 120 hours/month (~30 hours/week)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: starting at $80,000 (depending on experience)
  • Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses
  • Additional earnings for billable hours above target
  • Tuition reimbursement:
  • Up to $3,000 annually
  • $1,500 one-time payment option if not applicable
  • Continuing education:
  • $1,000 annual CEU stipend

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (required)
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
  • Experience with:
  • Clinical supervision and/or mentorship
  • Treatment planning and assessments
  • Data-driven decision making
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Prior experience working remotely or via telehealth
  • Experience supporting or mentoring RBTs or junior clinicians

Additional Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states:
  • California, Texas, Florida, Arizona, or Idaho
  • Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours
