Duties and responsibilities for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT):

  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism

  • Collect and record data on patient behavior

  • Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

  • Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

  • Monitor and manage patient behaviors effectively


Compensation and Schedule for Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)::

  • Pay range: Hourly $18-$22 per hour

  • Part-Time Daily

  • 15-20 hours per week
