Eminent Care Group, a growing skilled nursing operator, is seeking a Regional Director of Social Work / Activities to oversee and support psychosocial services and recreational programming across multiple facilities in the region.
This is a regional leadership role responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening resident engagement programs, and standardizing social services and activities departments across the portfolio. The ideal candidate understands the SNF environment and knows how to balance compliance, documentation, and meaningful resident-centered programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Social Services and Activities Departments across multiple facilities
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Standardize documentation, care planning, and discharge processes
- Support grievance management and resident/family satisfaction initiatives
- Mentor and develop Directors of Social Work and Activities staff
- Assist with survey readiness and respond to psychosocial-related deficiencies
- Drive programming that enhances resident engagement and quality of life
Qualifications
- Prior multi-facility leadership experience preferred
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
- Background in Social Work (LSW/LISW preferred) or Activities leadership
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and care planning
- Experience improving resident satisfaction and engagement metrics
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
