Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) based in Columbia, MD. The RBT will work closely with clients to implement behavioral intervention plans, provide one-on-one therapy sessions, and accurately document client progress. The role also involves collaborating with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure the delivery of quality care and to support clients in achieving their developmental and behavioral goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis techniques
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Behavioral Intervention and Psychology principles
  • Excellent Communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
  • A passion for working with children and individuals with special needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams
  • Flexibility, reliability, and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology or Behavioral Sciences is preferred
