Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• collect data and write daily notes using technological software (Rethink).
• Work with Lead Therapists, Team Coordinators, and BCBAs on your team to ensure treatment integrity and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment progress.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.
• Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients,
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications.
• Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise.
• Other job duties as assigned by the Children’s Milestone.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
