Job Summary:

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing direct clinical services, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
• Provide direct clinical services, including coaching, training, and support for parents and caregivers
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to address target behaviors
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) or be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland
• Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
