Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are a new ABA therapy agency in the process of obtaining our state and Medicaid provider licenses in Pennsylvania. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help guide us through the licensing and credentialing process, and then transition into a full-time clinical role once approvals are in place.

This is an exciting ground-floor opportunity for a BCBA who wants to help shape a new agency's clinical direction from day one.

Phase 1 — licensing support (contract)

Assist with PA Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing

Review and develop clinical policies, procedures, and documentation templates

Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and Pennsylvania licensing requirements

Advise on staffing structure and supervision ratios

Phase 2 — full-time BCBA role (upon licensure)

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Supervise RBTs and BTs providing direct therapy

Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers

Maintain clinical documentation per payer and BACB requirements

Requirements

Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB

Licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania (LBA)

Experience with PA Medicaid (PerformCare / Beacon) preferred

Familiarity with agency startup or credentialing process a strong plus

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $45.53 - $54.83 per hour
