Member Service Counselor

MEMBER SERVICE COUNSELOR

Part-time entry level position available at the Scranton Viewmont Location.

Approximately 20 -25 hours/week.

Must have weekend availability.

Sell and process memberships, counsel on the benefits of AAA membership as well as the upgraded Plus and Premier levels.

Assist members and the community with a wide variety of AAA products and services, such as foreign currency, gift card sales, passport photos, auto travel planning, notary services, and the promotion of retail and travel store.

Provide services as a certified PennDOT license and title clerk.

Service the needs of the member and provide added value by cross-selling and advising of other services available to a member.

Daily balancing and reconciling of cash drawer.

Customer service experience preferred.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
