Accepted Licenses

We welcome applications from clinicians licensed in their state, including but not limited to:

  • LPC / LPCC / LCPC / LCPCS / LPCC-S
  • LMHC / LPCMH / LIMHP
  • LMFT / LMFTS / LCMFT
  • LCSW / LICSW / LCSCW
  • Licensed Psychologists

Applicants must be fully licensed. We are unable to accept clinicians seeking supervision at this time.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide individual therapy (optional work with children, teens, couples, or families)
  • Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and inclusive care
  • Maintain timely documentation within our EHR
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and care coordination teams
  • Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of care

Qualifications

  • Fully licensed mental health clinician (unrestricted license)
  • Must have an in-person office space available to meet with clients
  • Ability to practice independently (no supervision required)
  • Training in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, etc.)
  • Comfortable with risk assessments and safety planning when needed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms
  • 1–3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Active malpractice insurance and NPI (or willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual clinicians encouraged to apply

Compensation & Schedule

  • Up to $100 per 55-minute session (rate varies by license, experience, and state)
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • Part-time to Full-time available
  • Flexible scheduling – minimum 8 hours/week
