Words of Wisdom Behavioral Health is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in Miami-Dade and Broward County.
This role includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients. We are seeking a professional who can communicate effectively with Spanish/Creole speaking families and is committed to evidence-based practices.

Duties
- Conduct behavioral assessments to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, focusing on evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide training and support to staff regarding behavioral strategies and interventions.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health and special education.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment procedures.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards in behavioral health.
