Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and developing individualized treatment plans.

Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis

Requirements:
-Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
-MA/MS degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-Outstanding responsiveness and operational skills.
-Reliable transportation, a valid state driver's license from state of residence and automobile insurance
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
