Sunflower Blossom Therapies is a growing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) clinic dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences build meaningful skills that allow them to thrive. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate, and individualized therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our team. Behavior Technicians work directly with children to implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, interested in behavior science, and looking to grow within the field of ABA.

Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Provide one-on-one therapy to children with autism and related developmental disorders
- Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
- Assist in teaching communication, social, self-help, and daily living skills
- Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease challenging behaviors
- Follow client-specific programs and protocols with fidelity
- Maintain detailed and accurate session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and clinical team members
- Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging therapy environment
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Follow all ethical guidelines and professional standards for ABA services
Experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, particularly children with autism or developmental disabilities
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Background in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related fields
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to remain patient, calm, and supportive during challenging situations
- Reliable, organized, and motivated to learn
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to physically assist clients when necessary (including standing, sitting on floor, lifting up to ~30 lbs, and responding quickly to behaviors)
- Willingness to complete required training

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
