Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Flexible Hybrid | In-Home & School-Based

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to RBTs in the field
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with children with autism
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for working with children and families
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team

Schedule & Compensation

• Flexible, part-time (Hybrid flexibility with remote programming, complete reports and treatment planning from home, with on-site time focused only on supervision, initial assessments, and client observations)
• Pay Range 65-80

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
