Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide supervision and support to RBTs in the field
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with children and families
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team

Schedule & Compensation
- Flexible, part-time (Hybrid flexibility with remote programming, complete reports and treatment planning from home, with on-site time focused only on supervision, initial assessments, and client observations)
- Pay Range 65-80
Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
