What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (REQUIRED)
  • Active Behavior Analysis Provider 39 Medicaid Provider # (PREFERRED)
  • Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client locations
  • Previous ABA experience is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers too!

What You’ll Do: As an RBT with Superstar Kids Services, you'll help children with autism and developmental delays grow, learn, and thrive by providing high-quality ABA therapy. Here’s what your role will look like:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, school, or daycare settings
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Teach essential life skills including communication, social interaction, play, self-help, and daily routines
  • Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to reduce challenging behaviors and teach appropriate alternatives
  • Collect and record data on behaviors and skill acquisition throughout each session
  • Track progress and communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and teachers to ensure consistency and support across environments
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision to grow your skills and stay up to date with best practices
  • Be a positive role model by encouraging and celebrating each child’s progress
  • Adapt sessions in real-time based on the child’s needs, energy, and engagement
