The primary responsibility for this position is to execute timely intake processes on all referrals including Medicare and other insurance eligibility verifications.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least two years’ HOME HEALTH scheduling experience.
Must be a RN / LPN.
- Home Healthcare staffing experience A MOST
