A full-time School Psychologist role is available near Franklin Park, IL, offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 re-evaluations. This position involves critical participation in MTSS teams for tier 3 interventions and conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). The role requires travel within the school district to support various educational settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and re-evaluations for students.
  • Collaborate with MTSS teams to implement and monitor tier 3 interventions.
  • Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments and design individualized Behavior Intervention Plans.
  • Consult with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student academic and behavioral success.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to state and federal regulations regarding special education services.
