School Psychologist in Minneapolis, MN

Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist to serve students in Minneapolis, MN, for the 2026-2027 school year. This role offers a full-time, 37.5-hour workweek supporting elementary and middle school students with a focus on delivering comprehensive psychological services that promote student success.

Location:

• One school building in Minneapolis, MN

Contract Duration:

• Start Date: August 31, 2026
• End Date: June 4, 2027

Caseload:

• Elementary K-5: 25-35 students
• Middle School 6-8: 20-30 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to promote positive outcomes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support student learning and wellbeing
• Assist in crisis intervention efforts and contribute to student safety planning initiatives

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist license
• Experience working with elementary and middle school student populations
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and behavioral intervention strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
