A full-time School Psychologist position is available for the 2026-2027 school year in Andover, MN. This contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with elementary and middle school students, supporting their academic and emotional growth through tailored psychological services. The position begins August 31, 2026, and concludes June 4, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 37.5 hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage caseloads including 25-35 elementary (K-5) students and 20-30 middle school (6-8) students.
  • Develop, implement, and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet student needs.
  • Provide counseling and behavioral interventions to assist students in achieving success.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff to create supportive learning environments.
  • Assist with crisis intervention and develop safety plans to ensure student well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Minnesota School Psychologist license.
  • Experience working with K-8 students in a school setting preferred.
  • Strong skills in IEP development, behavioral strategies, and counseling techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and respond to student crises with professionalism.
