A dedicated School Psychologist is needed for a contract position in Edinburgh, IN, starting ASAP through May 21, 2026. This onsite role focuses on delivering vital psychoeducational evaluations and support within a school setting, working Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 3:15 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct approximately 70 special education evaluations annually to assess student needs.
- Provide support across three school buildings, collaborating closely with educators and families.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and report directly to the district supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with special education laws and district policies in all assessments.
Qualifications:
- Valid Indiana license to practice School Psychology.
- Experience in psychoeducational assessments and eligibility determination is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of special education law and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively support students, staff, and families.
