About This Role

Achievers ABA Therapy has an established presence in Lafayette and is looking for a BCBA to grow with us. You will provide in-home ABA services to children across the Lafayette and West Lafayette area, supported by a team that keeps caseloads reasonable, communication honest, and culture genuinely positive.

What You'll Do

• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices
  
  
  

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine passion for working with children and families
