Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Reading, PA. The Community Liaison will be responsible for managing community outreach efforts, fostering positive relationships within the community, and serving as a point of contact for customers and community partners. This role includes networking with organizations, coordinating events, and facilitating communication between the hospital and external stakeholders to promote awareness and services. Professionals in this role should ensure exceptional communication and support to enhance the hospital’s presence and reputation in the community.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Community Outreach
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience or knowledge in Home Care is highly valued
• Ability to build partnerships and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or Communications is preferred
• Prior experience in a similar community-facing role or healthcare setting is a plus
