This fast-paced position requires assessment and investigatory skills to assist clients in the development of strategies to identify supports and resolve challenges in their lives. Developing relationships with your clients to assist them in living a more successful life within their environment. Maintaining accurate consumer records is critical along with the ability to change direction when needed and at times on a moment’s notice. A reliable vehicle is required to travel throughout Berks County. This is a union position with excellent benefits package including a pension plan.
