We connect ABA clinics with experienced BCBAs and RBTs to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated BCBA to provide assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and oversight of ABA therapy for clients in in-person settings. Flexible scheduling available for full-time or contract roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.) and develop treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering therapy
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, educators, and clinical teams
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulations

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• ABA therapy experience in clinical or educational settings
• Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation

• $45–$55/hr (Full-Time / Contract / Per-Diem)
