Location: Evanston, IL (onsite) + Virtual across Illinois

Employment Type: W2/1099 depending upon licensure

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or group therapy in a client-centered, culturally affirming way.

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress.

• Maintain timely, ethical clinical documentation.

• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in supervision.

• Offer crisis support or make referrals as needed.

Who You Are:

• Licensed LPC or LCPC in Illinois (or license-eligible with supervision).

• Experienced in evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.).

• Committed to culturally responsive, equity-focused care.

• Skilled at managing a small caseload with intentionality and depth.
