Private Practice Clinician LCPC, LCSW, LMFT

Overview
We are seeking a LCSW, LCPC or LMFT to provide therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals in need. This is a fee for service, contracted position.

Duties
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances
- Provide individual and/or family sessions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in documentation and communication
- Offer behavioral health interventions and support for patients
- Engage in case management activities to coordinate care services effectively

Experience
- Possess a valid LCSW, LCPC or LMFT license
- Proficient in utilizing various systems for patient care management
- Experience in patient assessment and diagnosis within a clinical setting

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
