Autism Paraprofessional (RBT)

The Autism Center of Sauk Valley is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in the Dixon, IL area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home and in-clinic ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement behavior intervention plans and programs as developed by the BCBA
• Collect data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the treatment team to ensure consistency in treatment and progress toward goals
• Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
