Autism Care Therapy is actively hiring a BCBA for our Crestwood, IL location. This is a remote-first position with the flexibility to work fully remote, hybrid, or in-person based on your preference.

We are experiencing strong client demand and are looking for a clinically strong BCBA who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Conduct parent training
• Review and analyze data to guide clinical decisions
• Complete documentation in compliance with insurance standards

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification
• Illinois licensure (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
