We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Marriage and Family Therapist/Clinical Counselor (LCSW or LCPC) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and mental health counseling services within a supportive, family-friendly practice environment. You will work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, conduct diagnostic evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to serve a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and seniors, while growing professionally within a values-driven practice.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical interviews to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and behavioral interventions
  • Deliver specialized treatment for conditions including trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, addiction, and related concerns
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to enhance engagement and support positive behavioral change
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure client safety during acute episodes.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Active licensure as an LCSW or LCPC
  • Level 1 or Level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy or willingness to acquire certification
  • Proven experience providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling to diverse populations
  • Background in family and couples counseling
  • Knowledge of mental health–related medical terminology and ability to interpret clinical records
  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations using ICD coding
  • Proficiency in applying evidence-based modalities such as CBT and other behavioral or psychodynamic approaches
