- Lead the response for urgent behavior concerns, offering direct guidance to the intervention team to resolve complex situations in real-time.
- Manage staff coverage and schedule adjustments due to absences to ensure consistent service delivery across the campus.
- Represent the behavior department in IEP meetings and consult with educational teams to refine student support strategies.
- Master’s Degree in a related field
- Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Prior experience leading a team of interventionists and managing caseload logistics in a school-based setting
