Position Overview:

As a BCBA at Mylestones, you will oversee the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans for our clients. You will work closely with a team of behavior technicians, families, and other professionals to ensure the delivery of practical and ethical behavior analytic services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians.
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct ongoing data analysis and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and professional standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Valid California state licensure or the ability to obtain licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavior analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
